Spa Etiquette

Late 

I will accommodate your service(s) to the best of my abilities however tardiness may result in the following:

*A reduction in treatment time at full service rate.

*A need to reschedule the appointment all together, which is considered a late

 cancellation, and therefore will be charged at full service rate.


Reschedule  

You are welcome to reschedule your appointment as needed, and in an effort to be fair and efficient, I kindly request as much notice as possible up to 48 hrs before your scheduled service. Any appointments rescheduled the day before or the day of your scheduled time will be charged at the full service rate. An invoice will be sent by the end of the day for the appointment. 


Cancellation  

A cancellation the day before or the day of your scheduled appointment will be charged the full service rate. An invoice will be sent by end of day for the appointment. 


No Show  

Is considered a late cancellation and therefore will be charged the full rate of the scheduled service(s). An invoice will be sent by end of day for the appointment.
